______

Experience

Stahly Engineering has completed design and construction administration on over 60 bridges in the last 10 years. Our bridge team has become a valuable asset to many Montana County road and bridge departments, assisting with preparation of bridge inventories, inspection of bridges, management of emergency bridge replacement, funding, design, and construction inspection. Combining the construction expertise of TCA Group with the design capabilities of Stahly Engineering & Associates delivers quality, efficient, and sustainable solutions that provide lasting value to our clients and communities.

______

Accountability

TCA Group provides a bridge building operation and expanded services into a market sector in which Stahly Engineering has established relationships.

The evolution of TCA Group

The first bridge jointly worked on by TCA, Inc. and Stahly Engineering & Associates was the Martinsdale Bridge, constructed for Fish, Wildlife & Parks in 1998. This bridge is located on Martinsdale Lake Road about ¼ mile east of the Town of Martinsdale, Montana, and crosses an irrigation canal supplying water to the Martinsdale Reservoir. At the time, TCA, Inc. provided construction services while Stahly Engineering & Associates provided design services.

In 2023, TCA Group further strengthened its bridge construction legacy through the acquisition of CC&G of Riverton, Wyoming, following the company's closure. In operation for decades, CC&G built bridges for local, state, federal, and private clients throughout Wyoming, earning a reputation for quality craftsmanship and dependable service. The acquisition preserved valuable expertise and expanded TCA Group's ability to serve clients across the Rocky Mountain region.

Combining the construction services of TCA Group with the design services of Stahly Engineering & Associates provides clients and the industry with quality, efficient, and sustainable solutions that deliver long-term value. Through strategic growth, strong partnerships, and a commitment to excellence, TCA Group continues to build on a legacy of delivering safe, durable, and innovative bridge solutions.
